Who’s Clue, and what’s Clue Plus?
Clue is a leading period and cycle tracking app based in Berlin, Germany. Science-based and data-driven, our mission is to help people with cycles navigate their menstrual health and wellbeing.
Clue Plus is the premium version of the Clue app and is accessed through a subscription model. It includes a variety of advanced features, modes, and benefits that help you better understand your body and cycle health.
What are the terms and conditions to redeem the voucher?
You can redeem the voucher for Clue Plus if you meet the following terms and conditions:
You’re located in South Africa; you purchased a 32-pack of Lil-Lets Regular, Super or Super Plus tampons that included the voucher; you redeem the voucher by December 31, 2025.
To use Clue Plus, you’ll also need an iOS or Android device that can download Clue from an app store.
I’m already subscribed to Clue Plus. Can I still use the voucher?
If you already have Clue Plus, using the voucher code will not extend your existing subscription.
It’s best to wait until your current subscription has ended before using the voucher, or waiting until the latest possible date while the voucher is still valid. Please note you must redeem your voucher by December 31, 2025.
What happens after my free subscription ends?
Your subscription will end after 12 months. When this happens, your Clue account remains active and you won’t lose any of your data. You will however lose access to the premium features that are part of Clue Plus.
To access premium features again, you can resubscribe to Clue Plus at the price set in the app or on helloclue.com. It’s not possible to reuse your voucher code a second time.
If you’re not in a position to pay for a new subscription, there’s a free version of the Clue app. This will always be available, because we want the app to be accessible and affordable for all people, no matter their budget.
Will my Clue data ever be shared with Lil-Lets?
No, Lil-Lets will not have access to any of your Clue data. This is simply a partnership to provide people who use Lil-Lets with a free Clue Plus subscription, so they can be better supported throughout their entire menstrual cycle.
